Shipping Policy

Effective March 26, 2020 and until further notice, UPS has suspended the UPS Service Guarantee for all shipping methods from any origin to any destination. UPS is not guaranteeing delivery dates or times, and will not be offering and refunds or accommodations for shipments that did not arrive on time. This includes any expedited shipments. Do you really give free shipping?

Yes, we offer 100% free shipping via UPS Ground on all online orders over $99 shipping to the contiguous 48 states. While we cannot extend out free shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, we do offer paid shipping options to those states.

I just placed an order, where is my confirmation?

On the day your order ships, you will receive an automatic email notification from UPS with your shipment tracking information. If you don’t receive an email please check your email account’s spam folder before contacting us!

How quickly can I expect my order?

Our track record shows that 90% of our orders are shipped next business day. Orders are not processed on holidays or weekends, so an order placed Friday will most likely ship out on the following Monday.

Our products are shipped out of Rhode Island. Once your order leaves our facility, it can take from 1-3 business days to an address on the east coast, up to 5-6 business days for an address on the west coast.

Anything else I should know?

You must provide a physical address for shipping as we are not able to ship to a PO Box. Also, please be aware shipping is only available to the 48 contiguous United States.

Expedited Shipping

  • Expedited orders placed before 2pm EST Monday – Friday ship same day
  • Orders after 2pm EST will ship the next business day
  • Orders placed on the weekend will ship next business day
  • Holidays may cause a delay in expedited shipments
